He has been my favorite player since world cup 1998. I think if it weren't for injuries he would have been thebest in the world. i really hope he gets back to the way he used to be.

Yea I hope so. He is also my favorite player, and I looking forward very much to his return. There is no telling if he will be as good as he used to be, worse, or even better because we have yet to see him play and go full force, so we will just have to wait and see.

I reckon he'll get back to his old self. He used to rely on his pace alot, but since his previous injuries he has lost alot of that and turned himself into a natural predetor goalscorer. And i see no reason why this injury should ruin his ability to do that.
But then again i am not a doctor so i don't know how bad his injury is, but most players this day return to there best after bad injuries.
I.e. Roy Keane had a similar injury when he was like 29, and got back to play some of his best football after that!!!

Micheal Owen is also my favourite player, at age of 21, he had already obtained "best footballer of the year", where is Rooney, C Donaldo at that time? Unless he can fully recover, if not, I doubt he can be as good, as he rely alot on his pace to score goal.

Let's pray together for him.

I am sure he can, he's a talent player.. Due to his injuries, he doesnt get the attention that alot of younger replacements have.. He's still very talented and once he's fully recovered, he'll be back to himself..

Michael can be a better footballer if he wants to. That's provided that he wants to. Hope that he will come back better after his injury

If Ole Gunar Solskayer can do it Owen can do it, plus Owen is the magician of Ainfield, he can do anything its all in his mind he can get even better than before or get worse its all a game of nerves.
