I was was asked by the production manager to be on her show. the call came last nite on my cell. it is for real. I checked. would u take the offer. plus would it be worth it? If I win the fines would be paid by the show it self, not the court system. if i win. tell me what u think. My descision will not be made by what is said here. but i do respected every one's responce.

I do have what it akes to win. nothing will happen unless the other party accepts. it is not just up to me. I started this process. I am the plaintiff. he works for a company that i did as well. I am sue-ing him first. if I win then I go for the throat of the company. This guy is a Dispatcher[trucking company] Imagine this: company hires u, dispatcher directs u. u go where he tells u. truck fails. company refuses to talk to u. dispatcher trys to smooth over the wringles. u quit. company still refuse's to talk to u. u sue the dipatcher. u win, then u sue the company for big bucks.[ I hope]

I love that woman she is very powerful & tough!!!
don't think of telling the smallest lie
because you will be found out!
She never seems to like the $5000 pay out unless its very much worth it
but If you try to pull the wool over her eyes she will dismiss your case & she can yell very loud & make a fool of you if she needs to
& oh yeah, NEVER over talk her & always wait til you are asked to talk
don't cut in when the defendent is talking & say that's a lie etc
don't say anything or you will be screamed at lol
she is great I just admire her so much
Hubbys not to keen on her at times because she is tough haha
edit
make sure you have all official receipts bank balances pay slips etc all that sort of stuff you need or she will say where did you think you were going ? to a picnic etc lol

Depends on whether your case actually has merit or not.

You get the benefits of getting costs paid for if you win (how sure of this are you, you have to ask yourself) and getting a moment on TV.

If you decide to go, make sure to go business attire, not **** clubwear attire like many do there. And study up on the show, get to know her a bit by watching her show. She is a rude cantankerous wench who likes to interupt people for no reason except she wants to yell.

I personally dont like her and wouldnt watch her show nor be on it. But thats because I dont like her style of judging, or her loud mouth.

I wouldn't. I wouldn't like getting yelled at on televison. I'm thinking if you did go on the show it would still be paid by the court system. Good luck with your decision!

I really like the show but she can be very harsh. I didn't understand are you the defendant? Just be prepared for her sharp tongue, and if you screwed up then admit it straight up or she will call you on it.

I know who she is. I wouldn't want to be on her show but if you have a case that needs to be settled she does seem like a pretty fair judge, she's just harsh.

I know who she is but i would not do it as i would not want to go on TV and be humiliated. She tends to humilate EVERYONE no matter which side she has something to criticize you about
