Literally speaking there isn't really much difference in meaning for the two terms. However bargaining is usually more related to a marketplace where goods might be sold at a discount or wholesale "like" price & buyers & sellers are apt to trade figures back & forth seeking a "deal"

Negotiations tend to connote a more sophistocated transaction , or a deal involving pricier goods/products. The term negotiations is more likely used when someone is negotiating a real estate sale or lease for example. Or perhaps negotiating a more lucrative employment contract or a contract involving a tradesman having some latitude w regard to pricing & materials like a builder for instance.
