just let it go. all babies get it around 4 weeks. it's called infant acne, and it's totally normal. don't pick at it, and don't wash it too much. just let it go away on it's own, because it will!! i promise!! no care necessary!

My son had a similar problem a few months ago and my ped recommended mixing desitin and baby power to form a thick paste. It took care of the problem in 24 hours. The desitin helps the baby powder to stick to the rash and absorb the moisture. I use A&D at every diaper change, but if he starts to look even a little red I use the paste and in the morning he's fine.

Take her to the doctor right away to make sure that it isnt serious. It could be cradle cap if it started on her head and worked its way down. If it is this you can use head and shoulders on her every other day that is what my pediatrician told me to do. Do not get it into her eyes. You can also try aqufor cream for the rash on her face but I would still get her looked at to be sure.

Maybe you should cut back from washing it. Maybe you are drying out her skin. These type of things kind of just heal themselves. It's probably baby acne which is completely normal. Anyway, if it gets worse then you should take her to the doctor. They might be able to prescribe something for you.

Take her to the doctor. My son had a severe case of cradle cap. Could that be it? I know that's the scalp, but my son had it so bad it that it was all on his forehead. It was dry, crunchy, nasty, red, and it hurt. It could also be that someone gave her a kiss on her cheek wearing some type of lipstick or chapstick that gave her an allergic reaction.

It's just baby acne. It's the last of your hormones leaving her body. There really isn't anything you can do about it, and it bothers you more than it bothers her. (I know, it's horrible to say, but I didn't want my perfect little baby to have baby acne either!) It should go away on it's own in a few weeks. Good luck with the little one!

Could be baby acne. Which looks just like acne, red bumps. No treatment necessary. It goes away on it's own, which could take weeks. If it seems dry and scaly it could be eczema. You can try otc stuff, but check w/ her doc to see what is recomended for the face.

It is baby achne hormones are passing through the body and there is vertually nothing to do about it. I am assuming you are talking about the pimples that babies get right after birth for some it takes a bit to get them some get it worse than others.

If it's just red it's probably chapped, try putting baby oil or baby lotion on it. Or just go check with your pediatrician could be a reaction to something.
