A lot of people get bloated anyway with periods and not every month is the same, your body always is changing (the blood flow, the texture, the PMS symptoms). If you bloat, get swollen boobies and cramps but if a week of this has gone by and no period has came and your PMS symptoms go away, you may be pregnant. Sometimes you have to wait until then to test for pregnancy. But don't be one of those crazy girls that haven't had a period for 6-7 weeks and recall having unprotected sex and decide to ask YahooA if they might be pregnant (DUH!!!!!). LOL get a test.
