Okay I'm an eigth grader, but I REALLY care about a guy at my school. There has been a lot of crap going aroung about he and I's friendship and how I liked him. There was recently a rumor that went around that I was trying to get him kicked off the baseball team. I apologised and told him that it was a rumor, but all he has said is that he hates me and never wants to talk to me again. I can't "get over" him and have tried for months. I don't know what to do now because I still really care about him.

what is wrong with you. your in eighth grade. you dont know how to care about any guy. you dont have the emotion for it. at least wait til you get into high school before you start this crap.

Well he is not the right guy for you if he believes a rumor that has no proof!! Try to prove to him that you never wanted to kick him off the team!! Try and make it up to him so he can trust you and you guys can be friends again!

He's a jerk. If he's going to believe a bunch of rumor-starting kids over you, his friend, then let him. You shouldn't have to feel like you did something wrong & I'm sorry that you even have to deal w/ him.
W/ all the x's you've probably had w/ him, he shouldn't believe people that just like to start trouble. â¥

hey listen...don't let anyone tell you that is stupid to be caring about a guy like that, cuz it's not...this happened to me with my best friend and I gave up...but that's the problem, I gave up...so you need to fix it, write him a note perhaps explaining everything that you could put into words, he can't cut off what you are saying in a note with a harsh retaliation...if he cares about you the same way that you care about him...well, he will come around...good luck

maybe you're just hanging on...i was in a similar situation and well i just got a new friend...and me and the guy ended being friends again. but just dont freit it. if he's smart he wont loose a good friend.
