none of the pcs have an internet connection.
If its possible what program do I need??

Yes. You will need to get a crossover ethernet cable to connect two computer directly. (if you have a switch or hub between them you don't need a crossover cable)
A crossover cable is just a special ethernet cable. Your local computer store should have them. Just ask them to find it for you.
You should be able to use windows' sharing feature to share the drives on the computer for eachother to see and access.

No, you cannot send information (ie documents, PP shows, etc...) over an ethernet cable. You should use a flash drive, floppy disk, CD.

set up a local network and setu up a "shared folder" that all people on the network can access.

You put the files you want to move in the folder, then go on the other computer to take the files out of the folder and put on your computer.

you need either a crossover cable (patch cable)

yes ... run the network wizard on both of them ... its called ics and its built into windows ...
