Use salt water to get the blood out, and then avoid using anything that can irritate it.

A remedy used in the hospitals and personally my family, rinse your mouth and gargle with epsom salt and water. Just pour some epsom salt (large rocks of salt) in some warm, warm water and voila! Your cut should heal soon! Good Luck

Your lip will heal up fast without any aid... Just avoid stuff like lemon, hot sauce and that kind of thing.
