Political Cartoon?
I have to create a political cartoon on "A Modest Proposal." Can anyone help me with some ideas? ...they'll be greatly appreciated. Thanks! =)

First off you understand that the story is a satire that makes fun of Landlords who did not take care of their tenants by suggesting that the poor people of Ireland should simply eat their babies.
A modern equivelent would be Big City landlords suggesting that the people in the projects could eat the rats, thereby taking care of two birds with one stone: not enough $ for food and the ever-increasing rat problem (especially timely with the "Rats in NYC Taco Bell" video that is circulating the Internet these days).
