Yesterday my day was all over the place with my 6 month old ( just turned 6 months) She hardly took her bottle her gums seemed to have bothered her so she was more comfy with solids and chomping on the spoon, I put bonjela on her gums every three hours and gave her the baby panadol , she seemed cranky and hardly slept all day and through the night winged in her sleep. How far off are the teeth to come through when this happens- or does this just continue on and off, she hadn't been that bad before, today she seems to be fine.

It could vary from a few days to a few weeks, mine was miserable for a good 3 weeks b4 we saw teeth and the 2 bottom ones came in the same day!!That was 6 weeks ago and we are going through it again so we are keeping an eye on the top now.You can usually see a change in the gums and see the colour change a few days b4 they come through. This was my experience anyways but all babys are different.Good luck!

My pediatrician told me that they can start teething up to three months before a tooth even breaks through. Good Luck.
