any of the Scandinavian countries.
even their dentists are covered, and even pets are covered by veterinarians.
they pay very high taxes, but there healthcare services for their people are excellent.
Canada is pretty good as I live here, but the scandinavian countries even have it better, and even less wait times because of a smaller population.

Australia it doesnt matter if you are rich or poor everybody even visitors to our country are entitled to receive health care it should be the same in every developed country. We have a great pharmaceutical program that allows everyone to obtain the drugs they need.Nobody has to sell there house to get an operation or receive which should really be the right of citizen. We also have a great medical system for the remote Aboriginal communities so I think we have a great health care system

I think overall... an insured person going to get services... it's the US
but bang for the buck... last time I checked, it was France... being that so many people in the US don't receive anything more than emergency service, since they aren't insured and we, on average, pay about 2 to 3 times what other countries do for the average service... the quality usually isn't 2 to 3 times better, only slightly better, according the WHO...

Sorry, but you need to frame that question more tightly. How would you measure that? Life expectancy, cost, doctor:patient ratio...?
If you really want to look into it, check out the link below.
US
#29 for life expectancy
#1 for Per capita total expenditure on health

The only way you can measure the quality of healthcare is by life expectency. Japan is #1 among major nations...81.25 years. The US is in the top 25% of all nations....77.85 years. Of course our cost of healthcare is twice that of other industrialized nations.

The United States, and any Republican or Democrat with any common sense can tell you that. Just because health care can be free doesn't mean it is the best.
