How does a team that is 7 - 9 in their conference (Ark) get into the NCAA tournament over Drexel and Syracuse?

the only reason they are in is the SEC bias and that they finished the season strongly by barley losing to Floria in the conference tournament/the had 2 big wins over Vanderbilt and two other tournament wins'/

I don't know but I think it's unfair. Syracuse more specifically deserved to make the tournament.

Their conference gets one bid and since they have a tournament the bid goes to the winner of the tournament.

The committee have no clue what they are talkin about. That is excactly how that happens.
