In what areas of life are you powerful?

Other than physical power (which is considerable) my main power is that people tend to underestimate me, as they see me as either a joker, or "brains in his biceps" type.
It's quite amusing when they discover the truth...

I have all the power I need to get through the day. Its not really my own though, I get it from having good people around me who slap me down when I'm out of order and build me up when I'm not at my best. Any other kind of power is mostly an illusion.

I have power through the gas and electric meter. I'm abit of a control freak, because I like to keep my bills in check and make sure the fuels don't run out. So I suppose I'm all powerful.
..at home anyway..

Where I am powerful is empathically helping others. Even when I do not get the words right, people still feel the strong urge inside me to help and they get the help because of that.

I don't like to call it power, I like to think of it as more respect. I work in medicine, and have love, and influence with my adult daughter's. I have no idea if this is even making sense. ~~~

i have a fair bit at power at work.
very little with my husband.
some with my daughter.
and none over myself as i can't get up and switch off!

I'm still finding that out.
If only I had Rob Schneider to occasionally pop by and tell me, "You can do it!!", there would be no limits.
Think I'll wander over to eBay and see if he's up for sale...
