I'm soo nervous. I really want to get into this school. How can I stop worrying and what should I do to make the time fly by quicker?

You just applied? This is a very strange time to apply. All the traditional schools are way past their deadlines and you're waaayy too early for next year (fall 2008).

So, I'd say you're a shoo-in to whatever school you applied. Don't worry cuz you're almost certainly in. They should have almost no difficult standards for acceptance.

I'm very sorry, but it's unlikely you'll be admitted, even if you do exceptionally well in re-sits. Veterinary medicine is the most competitive degree for admissions (more so than medicine). I understand that it's your dream, and it will really hurt to let go of that. I was in a similar position, I wanted to be a pharmacist for all my life. Unfortunately I got very seriously ill in year 10, couldn't attend school at all but managed to to do really well in my GCSE's. When I got to year 12, I started going in for two hours a week, I achieved four As in Biology, Chemistry, Psychology and Maths. In year 13 however, my health really deteriorated and I ended up with 3 Cs. I lost out on my dream, I feel awful every time I pass a pharmacy or read an article about a drug. However, I'm now studying accountancy part time, It's not my first choice, but having something to alternative focus on really helps. Best of luck, I do genuinely I hope that I'm wrong, and that you can somehow manage to follow your dream.

In my opinion, just enjoy your life right now; worrying about the school you want to go to won't make anything better. Or if you want, make all the preparations so when you finally go to that school, you're all set.

When my daughters applied to colleges and couldn't decide where to go, I told them this: Whichever you pick, you'll get an education if you want one, meet people you wouldn't have met had you picked another, not met people you would have met had you picked another, had experiences you might not have had had you picked another, missed out on experiences you might have had had you picked another. Etc., etc., etc.
In other words, whichever you pick . . . like most things in life . . . will have advantages and disadvantages. But it wiill be YOUR college! Best wishes!
