The Swedes seem pretty happy with it, what's your problem, Sparky?

so... if what you're saying is correct...

the ONLY difference in the services that our government provides that is different than Sweden's is health care...

since that's what you single out and say that is what they pay for it?

but that's fundamentally incorrect... they have a much more extensive social network of programs that have almost eliminated poverty... granted, at the cost of a very high tax rate...

but, it's much more than just health care they are providing... it's basically like a Super welfare that goes far beyond anything close to what we have... from what I understand...

so your question should read "Cost of having a huge social network of programs (including health care) in Sweeden?... that would be more accurate...

So are you trying to say that high taxes= high standard of living?

I would not really come up that conclusion on my own, but your data is pretty convincing.

And your point is what.. You don't think Americans, between Fed/ State/ Sales/ Property and gains tax are paying every bit as much/.... without the health care?

I'm not sure the point you are trying to make. Let's just ask the Swedes what they think about their system.
