Depends on the genre of music you and your teammates like.
Also don't know what sport you play, but will throw some suggestions out there.

How about BJ Thomas's "Call it a Mountain." Really sad breakup song, though I guess the references to "her leaving" etc. are a little tough to interpert as "basketball season ending." You'll probobly have that problem with most of these songs though. Not a lot of songs about the end of basketball season.
