Is pharmacutical degree in marketing mad management like a pharmacy and mba course cominbined? And any idea of salery for it?

No it's not. A PharmD/MBA course is distinct. You get your doctorate in pharmacy, and then you get your MBA.
I don't quite understand the first part in your question, but a degree in pharmaceutical marketing and then another one in management isn't the same as a PharmD/MBA. You wouldn't be able to practice as a pharmacist in the US without the PharmD.
