first of all 4 of guys u listed first were dictators, profondly tyranic people
Nicolas II was quite weak as I know and in fact the country was ruled by his wife, german princess and Raspoutine. since 1909 russia was a constitutional monarchy ( they had 4 doumas under Nicolas2)
Lenine and Staline = communiste
whilst Hitler and Mussoline are first of all nationalist and racist.
in fact all of em had different deaths :D
