War debts to China? What war debts? If America cut off all the ties to every nation we would not only survive we would prosper. We have natural resources and the manufacturing capability to produce everything we need. We don't need imports of any kind, all we want is free trade and democracy, however, I'd be all for 100% tariffs and closing our boarders to all foreigners.

Fall into ruin. America is lying to it's people. We are no longer the most powerful.

"Land of the Almighty"...? Almighty what? I've heard capitolism referred as the quest for the almighty dollar.

As to "the free and just", not for a while now. While the goal and ideals of freedom and justice haven't bene totally quashed, there is too much corruption, bigotry and abuse of power to be able to claim either of those lofty goals.

China won't do anything to bring the U.S. to ruin. It would severely undermine China's economy, given that the U.S. is China's biggest market.
