Sounds like encephalitis or meningitis. Get to a doctor any way you can -- taxi, ambulance, friend, relative. Although I wouldn't normally advise it, if driving yourself is the only way to get there, do it, just go slowly and pull over if you feel woozy.

*** In response to your comment about "having all Meningitis..." that's clearly not the case or you would be dead right now. Don't risk it, see a doctor quickly; the ER will do just fine. If it IS Meningitis, then not only are you risking your life (you have to find out which form of Meningitis it is!) but you're also risking the lives of anyone around you. Meningitis is contagious!
Honestly, it sounds exactly like Meningitis. If it is, then that is nothing to waste time over, see a doctor ASAP.
Here is trusted information about Meningitis from the well known Mayo Clinic: http://mayoclinic.com/health/meningitis/DS00118/DSECTION=1
The top symptoms (when bulked together) of Meningitis are:
* A high fever
* Severe headache
* Vomiting or nausea with headache
* Confusion, or difficulty concentrating — in the very young, this may appear as inability to maintain eye contact
* Seizures
* Sleepiness or difficulty waking up
* Stiff neck
* Sensitivity to light
* Lack of interest in drinking and eating
* Skin rash in some cases, such as in viral or meningococcal meningitis
See a doctor... NOW!
I wish you the best.

could be an allergic reaction, if you have known allergies and you think you may have been exposed to them and you are perscribed an epi-pen then take it, otherwise take some benedril, lots of it. the alternative is that it could be an infection or the stomach flu, but if your throat is closing up and you feel like you wont be able to breathe soon call 911 because they will have to interbate you

Sorry, I'd just be guessing. If you live in England, call N.H.S Direct. They'll give you excellent advise on the phone and call a doc or ambulance if need be. If you don't live here, is there someone you can call to come over?

Sounds like you have the flu that has been going around. Take some ibuprofen or Tylenol...check to see if you have a fever. If your fever is high or if you get any worse call your doctor for advice. Your doctor should have someone handling calls even when they aren't open.

This answer is probably a bit too late, but you should call the ambulance and go to an E.R right away. Good luck to you.
