Is there any sort of product you can buy to apply to car windows to stop them from frosting up on cold mornings?

Talking as an ex pom with plenty of icey experience, there is no product on the market to stop tour screen from icing up.
Just poor cold water over your screen(not hot as your screen will shatter) this should melt the ice, turn your heaters on to your windscreen while you do it, after a minute or two the ice should be gone.

Ya know, you might check out the defogger that you buy for your eyeglasses, although, that would take a large amount, however, maybe you could mix it with the regular window washer fluid and not need quite as much.
Also, RainX makes a deicer for your windshield cleaner..

A car cover works well. Also there are screen-type windshield covers that work all right. You can buy chemical de-icers to remove the hard ice that forms...
