When was the last time yoru rebooted your computer? If it has been more than a few days reboot it. Otherwise goto start >Control panel > add/remove programs and delete things you dont use also make sure you empty your temp folder and your temporary internet files.

increase your virtural memory ,get a bigger hardrive or buy more memory and clean upyourharddrive
