Can I get a Master's degree and a Minor at the same time?

I'm interested in studying abroad while getting my master's but no classes are offered in the country I want to go to that coincide with my master's... however when I was getting my bachelor's, I was told the best option was to declare a minor and get all those credit abroad (ie if you're going to an asian country declare a minor in asian studies, etc).. can I get a minor while doing a masters as well or only while doing a bachelors?

One can only take courses toward a minor while one is an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree.

"Minors" do not exist at the graduate level.
