Mine did come before my period was due and the big symptom for me was sore and swollen boobs.

I started getting symptoms about a week after I concieved. I was nausious all day, everyday. I had sore breasts at about 3 weeks. And I was moody and tired by week 4. I knew I was pregnant way before it showed up on a test. Mine didn't show until about week 6 or 7. I went to the doctor before I missed my period, and he said that sometimes it doesn't show for 6 to 10 weeks. It just depends on the woman.

I'd have to agree: sore and swollen boobs, I already knew I was pregnant even b4 I took the test because of that and when I did finally take it I was 7 wks. into it. I did get my period b4 that thoe but it was irregular, about only 3 days and spotty (which is not normal usually 4 me)

I had sore breasts and felt queasy. Although they say you don't get morning sickness until like 6-7 weeks usually. But I was the only one who felt sick after pizza, so I didn't find that to be a coincidence.

my nipples were really sore.
