With off the shelf genuine GM performance parts. They have them all. For every make and model. How fast do you want to go?
If they can build a 1000 hp cobalt for drag racing with em you shouldnt have much trouble.

If you were wanting true performance you should of bought something like a 93-02 Camaro z28 or a 99-newer Mustang GT.When starting to mod a car for performance a good place to start is a CAI(cold air intake),cat back exhaust system,quality plugs and wires,and tires.
