I plug it in then it has a little bubble at the bottom of my screen it says'usb does not regonize the devise help me!!!!!

did you register the ipod on itunes?

If you have not installed the itunes software, install it. If you have it but it keeps saying the same thing, try restoring it by doing the following: Plug your ipod to your computer
Click start on your pc
then all programs
Ipod Update
And finally restore ipod to factory settings. BY DOING THIS ALL THE FILES ON YOUR IPOD WILL BE DELETED, BACK UP ALL YOUR FILES BEFORE YOU DO THIS. This happened to me on my ipod video and I did that and it worked. Hope this helps.

you havee to install it in to your system its at your lower right hand side of your screen
