The laugh-tracks that guffaw incessantly during sitcoms, when I'm sitting there just WAITING for something even MILDLY humorous to be said!
When shows just stop airing after a couple of months...and then about 4 months later, they're back. And then they are gone, all over again. I hate that.

Disregard for the fans of a not-so-popular show.
Last month ABC-TV was supposed to broadcast the 12th and 13th (and final) episodes of Big Day, a satiric show about the hours in a wedding day. The final episode was replaced by a showing of The Knights of Prosperity, and they never aired the last episode of Big Day! Really, ABC-TV couldn't spare 30 minutes out of their precious time?

I HATE that they have the commercials much louder then the actual shows.
We always turn down the volume during the commercials, and then turn it back up when the show resumes.
It can be very annnoying when you can't get to the remote to turn it odwn right away or are in the other room, etc.

I hate that during American Idol there has to be commercials like every 10 minutes. So, a 2 hour show could be reduced to like 1hr and 15 minutes if you took out all the commercials!!
Grr... LOL
