You need to re-phrase your question....

To crash your computer, there is a registry key that you can change and allows you to press a certain key combo and this will prompt a blue screen of death....

Check out http://pcsupport.about.com/od/tipstricks/ht/makebsodxp.htm for more info about this hack / fix....

As for making your PC like new.... Only way is to re-install windows... Check out http://www.windowsreinstall.com

They have a guide for each version of windows plus alot of trouble shooting help..

Make sure you backup b4 doing this as once you "start" you cant undo it... well from the second you format your harddrive anyway.

Also when formating harddrive, selecting the quick option will only remove "links" to all your data... It can still be recovered by an external PC / Program... For security, always use full format....

Don't say "crash." That word gives us all nightmares. I think you want to format your hard drive and reinstall Windows and all programs.

If you have a DELL just backup all your important data to a CD/DVD. Start your computer and while it's booting press the F11 key to invoke PC Restore. You will lose all your data, but it will be like it was when you bought it.
