HUGE! Many new teachers today are not given enough formal supports from their districts to help them get started with everything they need. Working with a solid team of teachers around you is essential for everything from lesson plans, behavior ideas, materials and resources, to venting and emotional support. I wouldn't survive a week without all these kinds of support from my team.

Disuccion with collegues helps to accquire more facts n knowledge about the subject. Students will be intrested to hear the facts than what is exactly written in the book
