can notebooks graphic card be change like those on a desktop?

No. Laptop graphics cards are usually integrated into the main logic board (to save room) and can not be interchanged.

There are some laptops that can change graphics cards (MXM is what you'd want to look for), but they are rather rare and not worth it in my opinion.

no the video cards for laptops are different from those in desktop pc's even though they might use the same chips (GPU)

Probably cheaper to simply buy a Linksys Router.
