use clorox wipes for spot cleaning- when ever they look dirty.
every couple of weeks fill your sink with hot water, dish soap, and a LITTLE bleach. then get a cheap toothbrush from wal mart and use that to scrub them. trust me, i have lots of white flip flops.

Put warm water and bleach into the sink. Let them sit for a little while and then just take like an old toothbrush and clean them in the sink. When you are done rinse them with water and let air dry. I do it all the time with my flip flops and it works every single time.

i had the same problem but my flip flops were made out of foam so i just stuck them in the sink with dishsoap and used a scrub brush to clean them it worked well enough... but then my freind puts hers in the dishwasher and it worked just as good.

Buy a lot of them. You can't keep them clean and you can't clean them so get a bunch of pairs from Old Navy or get darker colors.

Put them in hot water in your sink, add bleach, dab with a towel, dry and spray with Fabreeze. That what I do! Dry it by hanging it on a clothes line!
