You are probably drowsy b/c of the caffeine. It will bring you up for a short time and then you will crash. Or it could be the sugar in the creamer in the coffee, or the milk in the coffee. Coffee many times puts me right to sleep.

Try eating something with sugar and protein, like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or peanut butter crackers.

No you don't need any more coffee...this is what I do
*take a bubble bath
*chant some zen music
*and have a cup of Chai Latte
*Have someone massage your neck and back
(becareful this might be tempting to something else!)
*go for a walk around your block...in fact I need my walk now

get a can or two of starbucks double shot, its like liquid crack, i drink two and can clean my house in no time. (works better than those energy drinks and tastes better)
