how to file a business fraud in florida?

I have a customer in Florida who asked me for deposit, but never ship out materials to me. I tried collection agency, but not use, so I want to file lawsuit against him, since I am located in CA, it is inconvenient for me to sue him in Florida. Please suggest what other ways that I can get him.

You can contact the Florida State Attorney's General's office and file a complaint and they may even attempt to collect the deposit for you.

Absolutely call the Florida A.G. their offices are one of the most pro-active in all the States.
