i have a good computer but i have really low fps i usually have about 10-20 fps and 80 ping can i upgrade my ram or prossesor or what will fix that

It would have been very useful if you gave us your computer specs so we could try to find the source of your problem. Here are the specs for Counter-Strike

If your getting 10-20 fps on CS your pc has got to be at least 8 years old and should have been upgraded/replaced 5 years ago.

Lower things like the detail, decay, etc.
