no... i recently changed my avatar to be a model with candy cane wings and a candy cane bra and panties. i had a guy send me a message that he would remove me from his friends list if i insisted on keeping the picture on my 360.
My point is that it is up to you who you choose to add as friends and who you do not. maybe send him a message that states that you find the picture offensive. who knows what will happen? (I removed my picture to make my page more kid-friendly).
