have not carried out that...yet... while i replaced right into a new child approximately ten years old I made some wings with 2 products of board and strapped them to my hands.....I jumped off the roof of the shed with hands flapping as quickly as i ought to.....of direction I crashed in a painful heap...I had to evaluate the difficult way, that people merely cant fly like that!!

Not with a bag but when I was little my brother and I did that with plastic bags. We had a whole bunch of mini parachute dudes when we where little and somehow thought a plastic bag would make us fly like them.
