Probably 8th because I'm in 9th I am 15 now I turned it on February 9th so I would say 8th cause that means the child is 13 now, and no one in the 9th grade is 13 unless they skipped a grade.

9th grade or first year in high school. I know this because my little sister's birthday is on November 13th and she turned 14 her freshman year. Also simple math. The cut off date for children to enter kindergarten at the age of 5 is December 2nd.

8th grade or 9th Grade

Preskool- 4
Kindergarden-5
!st Grade- 6
2 Grade-7
3 Grade-8
and on and on.

But a 14 year old could also be in 8th Grade and not be left back.
