The sales person will use a tape measure to measure the rib cage right under your breasts to find the band size. Then she will measure around the largest part of your bust to determine the cup size.

You can leave your bra on since it's easier & the initial measurements are a starting point.

They measure around your torso, right below the breasts to find the size such as 32, 34, 36, etc. and around your torso at the tip of the breast to find the cup size.

Under the bust and add 5".
Then across the widest part of the bust.
