Yes. I'm always on time, I do the job without complaining, and do my best to give any extra help that I can.
Of course, that's because my employers are really cool and I respect them, and want to help their business grow.
When I worked for a call center that didn't care about me....I slacked off alot. You have to give respect in order to get it in return.

Very but my messed up job has taken away all the benefits so being dependable is only there because I need to keep my crappy job until I can find another one. I'm on a full-time contract with part-time hours.

I'm an independent contractor, so I guess I am... things that happen are generally out of my control because I have to deal with different people in different states. Oy vey!
