Yes Shakira is a much better singer and dancer than Beyonce and Shakira's songs are better, Beyonce hasn't been good since she went solo!

i personally like beyonce because she is a better role model.. she can act and she has a powerful voice and she can dance.. shakira may be a better dancer but its only her dancing that has got her that far... her voice isn't all that powerful.. but i still like her music... because it shows her feelings and everybody can relate to her
but i still like beyonce more

Pretty but cannot sing her way out of a paper bag! LOL and Beyonce is not my favorite but she does sing better.
