whenever it becomes a problem
theres really no appropriate age, but when a girl becomes self conscious about it then you should have them done/taken care of

I am going through the same thing with my daughter right now and I want to see how people answer this but i have decided to let her shave her legs when she goes into 6th grade. As for eyebrows...I dont know I think thats either mid- sixth grade year. As for zits... if they start coming its time to take care of them.

1- 8th grade before highschool, i've seen little 5th graders with make up on eyebrows done hair dyed they look like little hookers.
2 when they start coming out zits never look good they should worry about being clean always

here's what my mom did with me for the zits thing she just got me into the routine of washing my face twice a day with just water, so more like rinsing. when i started getting oily skin or small pimples she bought me a mild cleanser and i used that and got stronger ones as my skin changed. with the eye brows it just depends on how they are. if they are out of controll, start sixth grade, if not then wait for seventh or when she wants to. if she is more worried about her looks then why don't YOU pluck them for her, just the strays that way they don't get too thin.

when a unibrow is an issue-tweeze them. unless they're under 10 maybe. zits? if they're a problem, deal with them.if not,well, it doesn't hurt to take care of your skin no matter how old you are.
