Most likely football players because they are trained for short bursts of speed while soccer players are more aimed at agility, speed, and stamina. Except Christiano Ronaldo will outrun any football player except maybe Chris Johnson, Desean Jackson, or Darren Sproles.

Well my money will be on C. Ronaldo he has lightning speed he has the potential and quickness to run from his own half and take it past defenders while having total control of it so C. Ronaldo is the quickest soccer player right now.
