Yes, because they're both NOT wrestling at WM23...Hogan has gone as far as to say that he doesn't work for WWE anymore.
One of the reasons (and the main one) Hogan "doesn't work for WWE" anymore is the way Vince has handled him spilling the beans about the possible inductees into the WWE Hall of Fame. He was on the Bubba the Love Sponge show one afternoon drunk, he called someone at the WWE HQ, either Vince's secretary or one of the other high-ups' secretaries and asked her to tell him the list, and never let her know she was on the air.

No, because neither one will be at WM 23. Vince and Hogan aren't on good terms due to Hogan bad-mouthing WWE recently in interviews and giving away the Hall of Fame nominations on national radio.
Paul Wight (Big Show) is one of Hogan's best friends in real-life and has said he will go to whatever promotion Hogan goes to. Hogan is considering starting his own wrestling promotion.

hulk hogan probably isn't gonna be at wm 23 and big show was released a long time ago smart one!

No, both are retired. I even think that Hogan's profile has been removed from the WWE website. Big Show is also retired and is taking soe time to heal up.

why?. i heard hogan signed a 20 year contract with wwe but didnt know he would be wrestling someone of big shows size. but if he does then God be with hogan because i dont think hogan can especially the way his body is.

no big show is out for a wile and hulk hogan cant lift his arms above his head he lifted andre and screwed up one of his mucsles in his arms or shoulders

Well if he doesn't slam bigshow he is still gonna be there and fight someone b/c of the 20yr contract he signed for vince again. he will do somthing "amazing" and shock the world and go back to hiding for andother 7 minths.
