As long as your writing is eligible to read they cannot judge you based on your handwriting. Pilot pens are awesome but try to write carefully and slowly because fast writing tends to get a bit sloppy. but on an exam i recommend the use of pencils and they might require u to use a pencil. Either way the best thing to do is write carefully.

Yes. I write better with clicky ball point pens. I also have to have a stack of paper under the paper I'm writing on.
