Go to mileyworld!! or to her official website...she has there a schedule of where she is presenting in next days...you can see if you can catch her at a mall giving autographs...YEAH! You could go to big malls to see if you find her...
Or also, you could get a J14 or an M magazine and enter competitions as many as you can [there are free, anyway] so maybe you will get the chance to win!
