You know, I just don't know anymore. With the havoc that our current president is wreaking on our country, I am truly at a loss to define his role, let alone try to figure out what the treasurer or the chief of state should be doing. When the White House first burned, the manual must have gone up in smoke as well.

He is the "Presiding One", he rules over the rest. He has no equal in government. He is not like the Prime Minister who is first among equals
