You can try CMT.com.Or if you watch the top 20 countdown a couple of times they'll have an adress where you can send singers a postcard or an email.But your best bet is to go to their myspace and send them a message.Here's Little Big Town and Taylor Swift's myspace's.

Try going to their websites and sending them mail that way, then try CMT.com or GAC, great american country.. hope that helps.
