i think in the national enquirer it was a fake picture but i believe that the autopsy conducted by dr cyril wecht was legit. he is known all over the world and anna nicole smith hired him personally.

This paper has no dignity. Anyone that would sneak into the funeral of Elvis Aaron Presley and take a picture of his dead-body and then published it can not be trusted.
