I urinate with a tampon in but i usually change it after, but thats just me.

Yes, you can urinate while having a tampon in place. The urine comes from a different body opening than where the tampon is placed. As one of the other posters said the only thing that might get wet is the string that hangs out but that's not a problem. And no you don't have to change the tampon right away. The only time you change it is if it is full. When I was using tampons regularly I was changing them about every 3 hours.

yes, you can go to the bathroom with a tampon in. the hole you put the tampon in, & the whole you urinate out of are different. & you dont see you change it after you urinate. the string might get wet, but thats not a problem.

you urinate from the miatus-sp-not the vagina so yes you can go to the bathroom while wearing a tampon and you don't have to change it when you do.

I've never had a problem with that ... changing it afterwards is just a little more sanitary I guess ... the urine can and will get the string wet ... it's uncomfortable if you ask me - plus you always want to keep things nice & dry down there to prevent any infections ... !
