I can't find what they are.

This would refer to online sources, like when you're writing a research paper and you need to cite your sources. Typically, sources were in printed format - books, encyclopedias, journals, magazines, newspapers. An electronic database may have articles from all those areas stored electronically instead of on paper. Nonprint resources would, similarily, refer to a source that's not printed.

It is any database that can be accessed by a computer and is not in book form
